Rafael Gondim
Rafa is a native of Brasil and a lifelong seeker of healing, connection, and transformation. His journey has led him through diverse landscapes—both inner and outer—from his decade-long career in education, where he earned M.S. and M.Ed. degrees and served as a teacher and school principal, to deep immersion in the wisdom of the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest.
Rafa emerges as a Therapeutic Sacred Plant Preparation & Integration Specialist and Sacred Plant Guide, dedicated to bringing balance back into the inner and outer world of his clients—helping them weave the seen and unseen together so they can live in greater harmony.
As a queer, neurodivergent, and highly sensitive person (HSP), he deeply understands the nuances of personal healing and expansion. Drawing from his unique synthesis of experiences, his work bridges Indigenous wisdom with a grounded, an integrative therapeutic approach. The compassionate leadership skills honed through his educational background, combined with the sacred teachings received from Indigenous Shipibo curanderos, allow him to hold space for personal expansion with deep empathy and care. He creates a safe, trauma-informed container where his clients can show up authentically and courageously explore what truly calls to be seen within them.
