Touch Lab: Desire + Pleasure
With Phillip Pettiford
September 19, 2026
Event Overview
Step into a space devoted to the delicious intelligence of your skin, your hands, and your whole body.
Together, we’ll slow down and get curious about desire: how we feel it, how we communicate it, and what happens when we give ourselves permission to follow what feels good.
Through guided solo and partnered explorations, we’ll play with touch and sensation- texture, pressure, temperature, pace, and intention- while noticing what awakens us, settles us, draws us closer, or makes the body say yes, more of that.
There’s nowhere to get to and nothing to perform. Just space to notice what you want, communicate it, experiment, receive, and savor what unfolds.
Come curious. Come playful. Come ready to listen to your body.
What to Expect
Touch Lab is a guided, experiential workshop exploring desire, pleasure, touch, communication, and embodied consent. No previous experience is needed, you don’t need to come with a partner, and you don’t need to know exactly what you want. Curiosity is enough.
We’ll begin together, taking time to arrive in our bodies and establish shared agreements before moving into solo practices and invitations to explore with others.
Consent is at the heart of the experience – not just as a boundary, but as an embodied practice of listening, communicating, and staying connected to what you actually want. Every exercise is an invitation, never an expectation. You choose what kind of touch you’re open to, and how far you want to explore. Yes, no, not yet, something different, and I changed my mind are all equally welcome. When we give ourselves and each other that freedom, there’s more room for trust, curiosity, and genuine pleasure.
The guided portion of the workshop will be more sensual than sexual. We’ll also have a time for more unstructured connection and exploration.
Clothing & Nudity
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. You may also want to wear something underneath that makes you feel sexy or playful.
There will be opportunities for partial or full nudity, entirely at your choice. You are equally welcome to remain clothed throughout the experience.
