Travel: We can support you to coordinate your travels, please feel free to reach out for help! The ride from SJO Airport to Qasa is approximately 3.5-4.5 hours.

We can provide hotel recommendations and local connections for taxi services - $180 from SJO and $100 from Quepos XQP airport.

Cancellation Policy: A 50% Deposit payment is required to book your space.

We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change, but our cancellation and refund policies are absolute. We recommend trip insurance that includes coverage for cancellations made for any reason. We recommend insurance companies such as: Travel Guard or World Nomads any other well-known travel insurance company.

Precio Tico: For Costa Rican nationals we offer a 50% discount on listed prices. Please email welcome@qasa.house for further information. A Costa Rican passport or identity card is required.

4x4 (4WD) Notice: Please note that the road leading to our property is a dirt road, and during heavy rains (between August-December) it can be challenging for non-4x4 / 4WD vehicles to exit. In this case, non-4x4 vehicles may need to wait until any heavy rains subside before attempting to leave. Please keep this in mind when renting a vehicle or booking transportation.

Doggo Notice: We have two very loving and friendly pups - Bodhi and Luna - who live here at Qasa. Aside from the occasional barking spree at incoming cars, they are quiet, harmless, and very sweet. If you have any concerns about dogs being onsite, please reach out to discuss. If you have any concerns about dogs being onsite, please reach out to discuss. Aside from Bodhi and Luna, Qasa is a pet-free property, please leave your furry friends at home.

Envision 2026 will take place from February 23rd to March 2nd, 2026.

You are invited to come stay with us during the festival, our hotel will be open between February 23rd and March 7th, we’d love to have you down to our LGBTQ+ dedicated retreat centre in the beautiful Diamante Valley, Costa Rica. We are nestled in the jungle, behind Uvita, approximately 30 minutes by car to Envision Festival. Dedicated transport to and from Envision Festival and our centre is provided for guests, operating daily, day and night.

Enjoy unwinding in our beautiful handcrafted bamboo cabins, with superior bedding and furnishings for a restful and comfortable night sleep, with nourishing meals provided on site, and morning yoga classes on offer to greet the day. We also have easy trail access to waterfalls and rivers on the property to enjoy in your downtime.

During the Envision week, we will be hosting our JungleFag Fiesta party event (dates and details coming soon!) You are invited to join us, to celebrate and express our queerness. Dress code: “dress to express”

When you’re not at the festival, you’ll be able to enjoy relaxation, activity, movement, community, nature, silence, and rest at our centre. You can tailor your stay while you’re with us, options include:

  • Exploring the jungle trails, waterfalls and rivers of the Diamante valley on our beautiful property, several natural swimming pools and waterfalls are accessible on our property (bring your swimming bathers!)
  • Participating in regular morning community classes, including yoga and meditation.
  • Opportunity to book sessions with local practitioners, including bodywork, spa services, vocal activation, aerial classes.*
  • Opportunity to book local excursions to other nature spots and places of interest in the Valley and surrounding areas, including visiting the weekly local farmers market, diamanté waterfall hike (all day), Nauyaca waterfall tour (half day) and a beach trip!*
  • Share nutritious and delicious meals in community, prepared by our in house chef, with the opportunity to connect with others.
  • Spend time immersed in nature and relaxing in your hand-crafted bamboo cabin, with comfortable and superior quality furnishings, overlooking the forest canopy.
