Terms and Conditions *	Do you accept the terms and conditions?Cancellation Policy - RETREAT BOOKINGS (except Personal Retreats): A 50% deposit is required to confirm your space at a retreat. The remaining balance will be processed a minimum of 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat. Cancellations made 90 days (or more) prior to the start date of the retreat will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat. Bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE. We reserve the right to refund your retreat application if our screening process reveals that you cannot safely participate in our retreats. /// HOTEL STAYS & PERSONAL RETREATS: Full payment for your stay is required at time of booking. If you decide to cancel up to 48 hours before check-in time on your arrival day, you will receive a full refund.
