High-Level Overview

What does it feel like to be fully alive in your body, open in your heart, and connected to the people around you? This retreat is designed to help you find out. Over 7 days (6 nights), you’ll move through embodied ritual, conscious touch, and tantric practice, emerging exuberant, heart-open, and deeply connected to yourself and to community. We’ll use the tantric tools of breath, energy, and sensuality, supported by daily yoga, erotic touch, ritual, and adventure, to go on a journey into the deepest parts of ourselves.

Guided by experienced facilitators, your journey will explore breathwork, energy work, and conscious touch. You’ll move through an arc of resourcing, awakening, expansion, and transformation, discovering a more fulfilling relationship to your own energy, body, and heart. This is a week devoted to meeting yourself fully, your shadow and your radiance, in a space of curiosity, consent, and compassion.

Who It’s For & Why People Come

Perfect for beginning and experienced participants who are ready to:

  • Deepen their relationship to breath, energy, and embodied presence
  • Explore sensual and erotic touch as a spiritual practice
  • Move at their own pace, in full consent, with no obligation to participate beyond their comfort
  • Be in a space where we explore and raise erotic energy — without obligation to join
  • Connect deeply with other emotionally grounded men on a shared journey
  • Meet their shadow with curiosity rather than avoidance
  • Take home tools for presence and consciousness they can bring into all their relationships

What to Expect

The Experience: The Costa Rican jungle hums around me as the sun sets on our first evening. Candlelight flickers against bare skin as I gather with newly met strangers in a circle, my hands finding other hands, my breath slowing into our shared rhythm. This is the moment we step out of our daily armor and into something more honest.

As the days unfold, my energy rises in ways I haven’t felt in years, finding moments of immense pleasure next to moments that are not as comfortable. I’m guided to turn toward the shadow, facing old stories, old shames. By day four, my shadow has become a teacher, along with worshipful touch and divine breath. By the time we celebrate on the final night, something has shifted. These are no longer strangers. I know them, and myself, more intimately. I am more awake. I am more alive.

Schedule Overview

Mornings begin with meditation and yoga to ground the body and open awareness, followed by breakfast. Late mornings we move into a workshop on the day’s theme, incorporating tantric tools and principles. After lunch, afternoons are spacious — open for onsite adventure, such as a waterfall hike, playtime, or rest. Evenings bring our second daily workshop, dinner, and on select nights, community activities like game night, karaoke, or ritual. The final full day holds a more intensive workshop schedule as we go deepest into the work, before integration and celebration close the retreat.
